Took us 5hrs 30 min to reach Tenboche...
Sherpa ayya skipped the lunch and wen all th way to Tenboche straight...
stayed one night at Tenbouche...had a view of Everest...
This morning left Tenbouche and arrived to Pabouche after a 2hrs 30 min walk...
View was amazing...
Heading to Dingboche tomorrow ...
Some are going through altitude sickness but inshallah all are well...
looks like you're finding your himalayan feet, you're doing really good speedwise. the rhododendrons look nice, makes me very homesick for the himalaya..
ReplyDeletealso, sorry to sound like an overprotective mother, but i notice you're not wearing scarves or mufflers..hope u do something about that, it will keep you snug in the extreme temperatures you're going to encounter!
